PROJECT MANAGER - HOSPITAL/HEALTHCARE/MULTI-FAMILY CONSTRUCTION
We are a growing Construction Management firm with a diverse resume of commercial projects ranging from multi-family adaptive reuse to specialized medical uses. The ideal candidate possesses strong presentation skills, articulate and well respected within the local construction community. We are seeking a unique individual with no less than a 7-year proven track record of managing the entire life cycle of a negotiated deal from conceptual estimating to the punch list. We seek only candidates with strong Design/Build and pre-con experience.
Minimum Requirements: ·
- Construction and/or Engineering related college degree
- Minimum 7 years of demonstrated proven success in the tri-state market
- Experience with Pro-Log is a plus but not required
- Must have a medical construction or adaptive reuse background
- Strong organization and correspondence skills
- Conceptual estimating and professional proposal drafting
- Pre-Construction management skills (able to direct and manage design professionals)
- Estimating Experience is a plus
- Proficient computer skills (MS Outlook, Project, Excel, Word)
