Job Details:
Senior Tax Analyst
As a Tax Analyst, you will be reporting to the Director of Tax and responsible for assisting with the organization’s federal and state tax returns. This would include everything from the preparation through the analysis, documentation, and planning. This is not a tax accounting role rather a pure tax role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Federal and State Income Tax analysis
- Create and provide documentation to support the global tax provision consolidation process
- Help the Director identify and automate tax processes; This would include systems, efficiencies, procedures, areas of risk, etc.
- Prepare support documentation for internal control purposes for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Assist with the documentation surrounding income tax contingencies
- Support US federal and state tax compliance calculations and filings
- Interface with Manager of Tax Systems on the optimization of tax provision software and tax compliance software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 4+ years of federal and corporate tax experience including consolidations and provisions
