seeking mid-level and experienced Installers. We specialize in installations of Temperature Control and Building Automation. Our jobs are new installations and remodels in office buildings, schools, laboratories and hospitals. For these positions we are seeking individuals that are energetic, teachable, hardworking and work well as a team. Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities Installing a variety of temperature control devices for Air Handlers, Hot Water Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Terminal Units and VRF Systems. Such as control panels, transformers, controllers, thermostats, transducers, heating and cooling units, plenum wire conduit systems or other transmission equipment; Read and comprehension of blueprints, drawings, layouts or other specifications; Locating and diagnosing trouble in the controls system or equipment; Installs conduit to panels using power and hand tools, and pulls wires through conduit to terminals, such as connection boxes, panels and control devices and electrical equipment by using a variety of power tools, hand tools, and measuring and testing instruments. Tests electrical characteristics, such as voltage, resistance, in low voltage circuits, using voltmeters, Other duties as required by the company may be assigned. Qualifications All applicants must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Applicants must a pass drug screening test, background check, current driver’s license and insurable driving record. Must represent themselves and the company in a dignified and professional manner through their actions, words and appearance. Must be able to meet deadlines. Conduit Experience is a plus. We will train in house and on the jobsite on the types of system we install.
