Job Details:
Database Engineer - SQL, ETL, Cloud
Our client located in Broomall, PA is seeking a Database Engineer for a full-time, permanent role. This person will be responsible for working with the application teams to implement and update databases, troubleshooting, writing SSIS packages as well as stored procedures, function and triggers and working extensively with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience with SQL, ETL and SSIS
- Strong experience with SQL Server or other transactional relational database systems.
- Extensive knowledge of data warehousing
- Must have a good understanding of the Cloud, Azure is preferred
- Working knowledge of Agile development methods
- Experience with one of the following: Shell Scripting, Perl, Python, Powershell
- Any experience with third-party ETL tools is a plus.
- MUST be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. This client will not sponsor.
