Web Application Support Engineer - Fort Washington, PA
Full time perm - Competitive salary + Benefits + Bonus
I am seeking a Web Application Support Engineer for growing SaaS company in Fort Washington, PA. They are seeking a candidate that is technical but also has strong experience supporting customers that can work with the developers and business. The goal of this position is to have someone providing front-line support for bugs and issues that may come up in their custom applications. Qualified candidates will have most of the following experience:
- Supporting Applications, working with development teams
- Speaking with customers, creating bug reports, bug fixes
- Strong technical background with customer service skills
- Experience working with a programming language (JS, PHP, SQL, C#, etc.)
- Experience working React Front ends is a huge plus
