Senior Medical Writer - Associate Medical Director
Medical Communications- Publications- Publication Planning- Healthcare Communications
My client an excellent Medical Communications company is actively in search of a Senior Medical Writer or Associate Medical Director. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Qualified individuals will have at least (3) three or more years of medical writing experience within a medical communications company, along with a strong foundation in publications & pub planning.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Strong Publication Planning experience
- Medical writing and Publication Planning experience
- Medical Writing, content development, client interaction, proposal & new business development support exposure, strategic work with client.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills are essential
- Excellent time management, multitasking and ability to deliver on time and on point.
- Ability to work with internal staff and teams (program management, account management, etc) to ensure timely delivery of content
Qualifications:
- PhD, MD, PharmD, advanced degree with at least three (3) or more years of medical writing experience in a healthcare communications company
- Strong Publications / Publication Planning experience
- Understanding of AMA guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Microsoft proficient (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other industry software)
- Ability to work both independent and as a team member
