Job Details:
My client in Pittsburgh is seeking a well versed Java Applications Architect with financial/banking experience to join their team. This is a full time position. Other locations include Ohio.

Job Functions:
- Acting as the development team lead
- Maintaining current system architects
- Develop software that can be continuously reused
- Create standards for coding/design
- Review code for best practices
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years experience as an Application Developer/Architect
- Experience with: SOA, Java, Spring, Webservices, and Oracle
- Strong knowledge of Software Process Improvement (SPI), IT Architecture, Platform Architecture
- Experience leading development teams
- Experience in banking/financial industry
- Experience reviewing code for best practices
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional or military experience Required
