My client, a popular food/beverage company, is seeking a Production/Operations Manager for their operations. Production Manager will be responsible for directing entire production process, planning, and overseeing quality assurance and maintenance policies, programs, and initiatives at the manufacturing facility.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Food Production, confectionary, or food manufacturing
- 3+ years of experience with Quality programs, Food Safety, Sanitation or Regulatory field within the Food or Beverage Production industry
- Supervisory experience, Ability to lead a team, and work with multiple departments
- Experience with planning and training of Quality systems
- Leadership skills, great personality, responsible and dedicated
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF and Navision
