Award winning heavy construction firm that specializes in MTA heavy construction is looking for a hands-on Superintendent.
Qualifications
- 5 plus years’ experience on New York City MTA Projects as a Superintendent.
- Excellent contacts and relations with agencies, subcontractors, suppliers, unions, etc.
- Prepare and process submittals.
- Schedule, coordinate, and track subcontractors.
- Assist in bidding, scheduling, and supervision of construction projects.
- Team player with good communication skills.
