Job Details:
Seeking an experienced commercial HVAC service tech with a clean driving record and background who can work independently.
- Service / install and troubleshooting of HVAC - refrigeration equipment including Chillers, Boilers, Roof-top units, Heat Pumps, etc.
- Responsibility for assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and welding or plumbing codes.
- Replace valves, compressors, motors.
- Repair direct digital and pneumatic controls.
- Provide training to other technicians.
- Provide assistance with the design of HVAC systems.
- Basic pump repair knowledge and skills, including but not limited to circulating pumps and oil pumps. Installs and maintains motors, wiring, and all electrical equipment including control work for lighting, motors, and instrumentation
- Knowledge of various brands and control systems
- Knowledge of burner oil systems.
- Some understanding of Building Automation Systems.
- Clean driving record is a must!
- Clean criminal background check is a must!
- Drug free is a must!
