Business is booming at this highly reputable electrical contractor in Philadelphia. We need an Electrical Estimator with the following experience.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
*5+ years of experience in the electrical contracting arena as an Estimator.
* Material takeoffs, cost estimates, monitor raw material prices.
* Job visits.
* Projects are commercial and residential.
* Obtain approvals on drawings, design calculations, materials.
* Experience negotiating, and assembling bid packages with prospective clients.
* Vendor and supplier negotiation experience.
* Estimating for change order requests.
* Excellent team leadership ability and can interact with clients.
