Job Details:
Senior IT Auditor
Role:
As a Senior IT Auditor, you will report to the Audit department and work under the IT Audit Manager to help assist and perform and design complex technology audits, perform critical business analysis, identify risk as well as establish root cause analysis, and work cross functionally to supply trainings.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing complex technology audit (IT Audits) within several platforms
- Assist IT Audit team members to develop data strategies for the audit programs
- Perform IT risk assessments
- Perform business and root cause analysis
- Provide value add services to the organization - process improvements, identifying risk before it happens, training, etc.
- Report audit result to upper management
- Work cross functionally with our information security team to optimize effectiveness and efficiencies
- Help train and advise team members on findings, improvements, changes/modifications, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required; Master's degree is preferred.
- Certifications are highly preferred (CPA, CIA, CMA, CFE, CISA)
- 5+ years of relevant experience within an audit department or a public accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of risk, risk mitigation, IT processes, controls, etc.
