Preconstruction Manager - Commercial - Ground Up - Renovations

My client a General Contractor with a great record of success is seeking to add a Preconstruction Manager to their team. Candidates should be well versed in managing workflow for Estimators and develop budgets. 5+ years experience in a Estimating capacity handling large multi million dollar Commercial projects. Clear communication is key for this role as there will be heavy interaction with Clients, Architects, Engineers, Executives. Experience with large ground up Commercial construction projects is desired. My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package!
