Job Details:
The Project Manager for Corporate Interiors will lead a team and build lasting relationships with clients in the corporate business workplace.
Responsibilities
Manage the contractual and financial responsibilities of projects for corporate facilities
Monitor the design process from conceptual phase through construction
Ensure the completion of projects within budget, on schedule and meeting all program objectives
Develop, forecast and monitor project budget
Build and manage successful project teams
Serve as primary resource to clients on all project related issues
Provides technical support and project communications to team
Desired Skills
BS and/or MS in Architecture or Interior Design
Experience in corporate and interiors
Experience managing projects in excess of 200,000 S.F. for Fortune 500 Companies
Experience managing workplace transformation strategy projects
NCIDQ Certification and LEED Certification a plus
Excellent client management and leadership skills, presentation and communication skills, marketing and sales skills, etc.
