Technical Support Specialist
My client has a full time opening for a Technical Support Specialist. The hours for this role are 11 am to 8:30 pm. You must be local to the area and a Citizen or GC holder to qualify. The role will be all phone and email support. Role will involve the following:
- Phone and email technical support
- Troubleshooting issues with Word, Outlook and Excel
- Documentation of issues in Service Now
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to manage time/workload efficiently without supervision
- Ability to install/maintain/troubleshoot computer hardware/software
- Install IT equipment and provide technical support to employees (i.e. replacing mouse or keyboard, resetting password, and troubleshooting issues)
- Experience troubleshooting Mobile devices and experience with Citrix is a plus
