Technical Support Specialist

My client has a full time opening for a Technical Support Specialist.  The hours for this role are 11 am to 8:30 pm.  You must be local to the area and a Citizen or GC holder to qualify.  The role will be all phone and email support.  Role will involve the following:

  • Phone and email technical support
  • Troubleshooting issues with Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Documentation of issues in Service Now
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to manage time/workload efficiently without supervision
  • Ability to install/maintain/troubleshoot computer hardware/software
  • Install IT equipment and provide technical support to employees (i.e. replacing mouse or keyboard, resetting password, and troubleshooting issues)
  • Experience troubleshooting Mobile devices and experience with Citrix is a plus
