IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
My client is S. Jersey is seeking an IT Support Technician who specializes in IT Support that is proficient with SQL, Oracle,LAN, WAN, and Team Viewer Remote Connection. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 yrs. experience in providing technical post sales service to customers in the industrial machinery industry that are experiencing issues with configurations, settings, screens, software, sensors, etc... This person will have superior customer support skills as they will be the first line of communication in helping resolve these issues. These issues will be resolved via telephone, email, remote connection, and or visits to customer sites. This person will be identifying problems and work directly with field techs as well as upper management as to how problem is escalated in order to be resolved. This position requires about 20% travel.
