MAINTENANCE MANAGER
An industry leader based in Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Maintenance Manager with a BS in Engineering and experience in a heavy manufacturing environment. This is an urgent need!
Responsibilities include the following:
Managing plant maintenance in a production environment.
Leading and overseeing preventative maintenance projects.
Managing department personnel (maintenance, engineers, technicians).
Assisting with the management of plant EHS programs.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
BS Degree in Engineering.
Several years of experience in a leadership/ management role in a manufacturing environment.
A background in heavy industrial manufacturing.
Very strong communications skills (written & verbal) and change management skills.
Experience with preventative maintenance projects, CMMS, PLC systems, mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance.
