HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
A New Jersey based manufacturer is hiring a Human Resource Manager with several years of experience in union contract negotiating and manufacturing. This position will be responsible for administering employee benefits, payroll, recruiting, new employee training, employee reviews, employee conflict resolution, and labor relations.
Requirements include a BA or BS Degree and Human Resource Generalist/ Management experience in a manufacturing environment. A strong knowledge of labor relations, employment laws and regulations is a must. Union shop experience is a must.
