Job Details:
My client is a well regarded specialty contractor with a national reputation that is even better in the NYC market. They are seeking Estimators responsible for estimating and bidding work. Preparation of CM proposals and participate in some presentations. Interface will all levels of the company, with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Maintain extensive involvement in construction techniques and knowledge of developing methods and materials within the construction industry. Conceptual estimating and bidding skills essential.
Candidate will have 2- 25 years of relevent experience in the construction industry.
Candidate will have a minimum of a bachelors degree in architecture, engineering or construction management or other relevant degree.Candidate will have experience using the following: On-Screen Takeoff Software, Microsoft Office Programs, Microsoft Project, SureTrak.Candidate will be a team player, willing to put in what it takes to get the job done and be able to have a great time doing so.
