Job Details:
My client is a well regarded Las Vegas based Civil Engineering firm doing land and site development of commercial and large residential projects! Looking for Designers guru's with Autocad. Job Duties inlclude:
- Plan and prepare preliminary layouts and detailed design drawings from engineering notes, sketches, and/or other drawings, ensuring they meet company and industry standards and codes.
- Draft Land Development Plans, Zoning Plans, Concept Plans and Construction Documents.
- Draft Site Plan Renderings for Municipal Presentations.
- Work closely with Engineers, Designers and other Drafters to ensure coordination design effort is maintained.
- Complete drawing/project responsibilities within scope, budget and schedule; review drawings for completeness and accuracy.
- Organize/maintain all revisions of project drawings, plot files and project-related information.
- Utilize 3rd party applications like AutoTURN and AGI32 to generate drawings based on specific project requirements.
- Ability to prepare grading designs and possess general knowledge of site topography and interpolation of same.
- Complete earthwork analysis (cut/fill takeoffs).
