- Eight years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Hands-on approach and attitude to leadership that includes on-the-floor troubleshooting and training of technical personnel
- Strong applied technical knowledge of industrial motors, hydraulic systems, drives and pumps
- Knowledge of welding is preferred
