Resident Engineer
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
- P.E. License in NY.
- Mechanical Experience a big plus.
- 8+ years’ experience working as a Resident Engineer on Building projects.
- Experience with project closeout documents, as-built drawings, punch-list work, and final payments.
- Daily coordination between construction management and contractors.
- Field memo and field order preparation experience.
- Coordinate with change order team on all required project orders.
- Daily coordination to maintain plant operations
- Excellent communication skills.
