One of the top Building Automation Firms in MD has an immediate need for 2 Project Managers with 5 years’ experience. Position is full time permanent is the need is immediate.
Job Description and Duties:
- 3-5+ years working as a Project Manager for a Building Automation Company.
- Oversee Project Supervisors and Lead Technicians.
- Negotiate pricing for subcontractors and vendors.
- Maintain schedules, assemble plans, and do budget requirements field technicians.
- Knowledge in building automation systems, and controls, mechanical systems.
