Support Engineer/Systems Admin
My client has a contract to perm opening for Support Engineer/Systems Admin. This role is open due to an internal promotion and will involve the following:
- Identify application issues
- Troubleshooting and bug fixes
- Work closely with the development team
- Software installation and upgrades
- Monitor batch processing for issues
- Root cause analysis of software code
- Experience working with Java applicaions
- Knowledge of Oracle, Mongo etc
- Experience with scripting
- Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace and JIRA is preferred
You must have good communication skills as this is a client facing role.
