SAP Business Systems Manager
My client is looking for a SAP Business Systems Manager. Duties: Manage the relationship between IT and HR and Finance; Ensure that IT initiatives related to these functions are aligned to the department and corporate strategy; Manage the SAP modules and ancillary systems that support these functional areas; Manage and grow the team of IT Business Analysts that support these functions; Work closely with other IT managers and IT Leadership to ensure the smooth running of the IT Department; Continue to understand SAP and related technologies that will enable the functional teams to solve business problems and explore new growth opportunities; Interface with Internal and External auditors as necessary to maintain full compliance with all policies, procedures and corporate controls. Position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business or related and 5 years of experience in SAP HR and Finance. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or any combination of education equivalent to a Bachelors degree as determined by a professional educational evaluation service and seven years of progressive experience. Position requires SAP FI/CO HR Experience; Understanding of ASAP development methodology or equivalent; Understanding of SAP ABAP development and configuration methods; and Project Management experience
