Sales / Technician - HVAC / Plumbing
- The Service Technician is responsible for the complete customer service experience.
- Maintain a balanced work schedule.
- Taking your time with each customer, diagnosing technical problems, educating the customer, and providing several solutions.
- Responsible not only for the technical, but also impeccable customer service and the sales process.
- Promote Company mission, values, and philosophy,
- Always maintaining an excellent company image of self, vehicle, and job site.
- Communicating with customer and teammates clearly along with reporting and compliance.
- Inventory accountability, all trucks are fully stocked and organized with daily restocking which you are responsible for monitoring.
- Weekly training to always improve your skills.
- Have minimum two (2) years experience running commercial / residential service full-time.
