Job Details:
Seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to work commercial MEP projects
Job Duties:
- Support and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing projects
- Sign off on design work
- Create a prepare designs using design software packages for HVAC & Building Automation Systems, plumbing, etc.
- Create construction documents
- Prepare bids
- Maintain budgets
- Meet with clients
- Visit construction and work sites
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience working as an Engineer in the MEP consulting work
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) License required
- Very strong oral & written communication skills
- Experience meeting with clients
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience working with design software packages such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Experience working with municipalities
- Ability to multi-task
