Job Details:
Seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong background in Manufacturing
Job Duties:
- Support LEAN Manufacturing operation
- Develop and maintain quality specifications and standards
- Support and work with the new product development team
- Supervise and train Quality Inspectors
- Conduct capability studies
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as a Quality Engineer in a LEAN Manufacturing setting
- Experience with metals, especially sheet metal
- Experience with welding and bending operations
- Experience developing quality standards and specifications as they relate to new product development
- Experience working with other departments across the manufacturing plant
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
