My client is a Fortune 100 company that is seeking Sales and Business Development Account Executives with the ability to deal with new project development on new construction projects for the installation of building automation and energy management systems for buildings, hospitals, pharm, and institutional clientele.
Under general direction is responsible for the sale of building automationofferings to mechanical contractors, designers and consulting engineers. Promote to construction community by providing business and technical solutions. Builds and manages long term customer relationships/partnerships with assigned accounts. Responsible for customer satisfaction and loyalty while working in conjunction with operations partners. Positions renewable service agreements as a foundation of managed account relationships.
