My client is a widely regarded Commercial HVAC Service and Installation company. They need someone to do an Account Executive role than knows HVAC Service and knows the greater Betlway market in the DC area. The primary function of a Sales Representative is to develop new customers for the Company through the sale of renewable maintenance contracts and/or fixed price projects. Sales Representatives will be expected to find their own prospects, obtain appointment s with those prospects, develop interest in those prospects and sell any of our standard maintenance contract s and/ or fixed price project s at approved Company pricing standards. Sales Representatives will understand the total range of Company offerings, assess genuine interest in any Company offering and will hand off appropriate opportunities to designated individuals. Maintain the relationship through quality Service and contact with the client!
