Job Duties and Qualifications:
- 5-20+ years experience designing HVAC systems for retail, heath care, and other related buildings.
- Experience with auto cad or revit.
- Prepare work plans and proposals to respond to RFP's.
- Develop HVAC design basis and present conceptual designs.
- Prepare HVAC calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication and written skills.
