Web Analyst
My client has a full time opening for a Web Analyst. You must be a Citizen or GC holder to qualify and local to the area. This role will involve the following:
- Establish performance indicators and develop a reporting infrastructure that allows stakeholders visibility into overall channel performance
- Work closely with business teams and make recommendations to continually improve website performance by analyzing client browse and purchase behavior, competitive data and industry trends
- Perform analysis into consumer behavior on the site
- Work with online and offline channel marketing members to a present a consistent and clear view of the customer, enabling business leaders to make appropriate strategic decisions
- Perform qualitative usability testing on new onsite features and functionality
- Monitor interactions that build search ranking and quality traffic including search engine optimization, content optimization, and conversion rate optimization techniques and tactics
- Oversight of web analytics tools to ensure accurate implementation and appropriate level of exposure, adoption, and utilization
The ideal candidate will have experience with Web Analytics: such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics etc Knowledge of Omniture web site tagging, SEO, Search Engine Trends, E-Commerce knowledge etc.
