BIM-CAD Operator – Coordinator - REVIT - Engineer - Designer
Job Description:
Draw/coordinate on a large variety of new construction projects based on information derived from MEP construction drawings. Typically drawing/coordination work includes 3D modeling of Mechanical, Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining project files
- Preparing documents and reports
- Shop drawing review and deposition
- Data and document entry into various platform
- CAD/Revit
- Assistant management as directed
- System load calculations
- Strong knowledge of plumbing/ piping
- Read and interrupt project specifications and submittals
Job Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ MEP design experience
- 1+ years’ CAD experience
- Navisworks experience
- Autocad
- Revit experience a plus
