Job Details:
Commercial Construction firm who specializes in high end retail is looking for a Project Coordinator which is a mix of construction administration and estimating some parts of the job. Degree a plus but not a must. Exposure to Estimating software a plus! Having worked in a commercial construction in house position a plus! If you have estimating, ability to do takeoffs, Coordinate with other team members to develop overall estimate on larger projects, and Solicit pricing from material vendors and subcontractors!
