Job Details:
- Set up and responsible for end to end testing, programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing of Building Automation Systems including unitary, programmable and system level controllers on assigned projects.
- Account for time and task management on assigned project scope. Perform Safe and Timely troubleshooting/startup of project tasks. Maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
- Coordinate with customer to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by extensively examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing onsite work.
- Kept current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of direct digital control systems.
- Use and understanding of Project Management Institute's (PMI) methodology and key knowledge areas; Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk and Procurement Management to execute projects on budget and on time.
