C++ Software Engineers
My client has multiple full time openings for C++ Software Engineers. Ideal candidates will have experience with Low Latency, High Frequency Trading. They are seeking someone who thrives on pushing the limits of technology to produce state of the art trading applications. Primary Responsibilities include:
•Design, develop and support market data feed handlers and exchange order routers
•Architect and implement low-latency market access solutions
•Work with traders to understand and develop trading solutions
•Diagnose latency issues and resolve with appropriate tuning and optimizations
Skills and Experience:
•Strong background in C++ / Unix
•3-6 years developing exchange connectivity solutions
•Proven track record of understanding and working with global exchange protocols.
•Ability to work in a collaborative environment
•Working knowledge of tools such as wireshark, tcpdump, etc… to monitor and debug behavior
•Experience with exchange protocols such as FIX/Fast, OUCH, ITCH, etc.
•Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate ideas to colleagues within all departments/levels of the firm
