Job Details:
My client is a well regarded Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences consulting engineering firm. They are seeking a degreed engineer with Commissioning of HVAC and Building Automation Systems and support facilities management and equipment upgrades as needed.. You will be on site and support these functions:
Support commissioning of small projects
Support facility maintenance with asset management
Interface with engineers at our office to support as-built preparation
Walkdown mechanical and control systems, redline drawings, and coordinate development of CAD as-builts with office staff.
Develop maintenance and operational SOPs for equipment
Troubleshooting skills with controls and HVAC
