Director of Data Management
Our client located in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Director of Data Management. This person must have a strong background in healthcare or clinical data management as well as CRO experience. This person will have responsibility over the life cycle of data management activities and deliverable related to clinical research department. Not only will this person be managing a team on internal Data Technicians but they will also be working with external clients and internal business units.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a Data Management Role
- Strong background in data analysis, data structures and database design
- Must have 5+ years experience managing a team
- Bachelor's Degree in business, life science or technical
- Experience working in healthcare, clinical or research environments
- Must be willing to be "hands on" when needed
- Understanding of Clinical Trial Life Cycle and Good Clinical Data Management practices
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
