Job Details:
HVAC - Controls – BAS – Mechanic - Commercial - ( Top End Money )
Excellent opportunity to start with a new branch with a strong backing from the DC metro area and help the company grow and advance to management.
- Must have VRV, VRF type experience
- Would consider relocation assistance for correct candidate
- Licensed journeyman a plus, Universal CFC certification
- Daikin VRV or AAON experience a great benefit, Chiller experience but wanting to learn more
- Will handle service and maintenance on all major types of HVAC equipment
- Responsible for retrofit and repair of environmental-comfort systems, utilizing knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- EPA Certification.
- HVAC Journeyman license requirement: applicable license for jurisdiction of work.
- Additional license; Boiler Operator, Gas Installer, etc. preferred.
- Must be a current member or be able to successfully join the Local union 449
