Mechanical Project Manager
Ideal candidate will have extensive industry knowledge of the following:
- Reading Blueprints
- Knowledge of HVAC / Plumbing / Boiler projects
- Familiar with new construction projects a plus
- Understand Take Offs
- Schedule of Values
- Submittals
- Close Outs
- Job Costing
- Ordering/Negotiating with Vendors
- Scheduling Installers
- Communicating with GC's/PM/Supervisors
- Good Computer Skills
