Job Details:
My client is looking for a Senior Commercial HVAC Technician who has certifications to work on large Chiller equipment and other HVAC equipment. This person will need to have Security clearances as most accounts are related to government buildings. Other skills include:
•Detailed knowledge of commercial AC systems that incorporate digital control systems and are linked to a multi-building, computer based Energy Management and Control System (EMCS). •Familiarity with 5-100 ton package units, split systems, computer room units. •Diagnose a wide variety of service issues, (identify any replacement parts), repair, test and calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations. •Travel to job sites in service area and work to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer and office.
