We are a Thriving Contractor in need of a Project Manager with Commercial Fit-Out/Interiors experience. The Ideal Candidate will have 5+ years experience in light commercial fit-outs, and a steady job history. This is the company and position you're looking for, and your duties will be:
- Review Job Plans and Blueprints
- Knowledge of Construction Codes
- Understand Project Plans and Submittals
- Obtain Permits
- Coordinate and Manage the Schedule and all Activities of the Project
- Receive Materials
- Maintain an Organized and Clean Site
- Ability to Problem Solve
- Complete Inspection Checklists to Ensure Quality
- Communicate with Customers, Suppliers and Trade Partners
- Ensure Compliance to all Safety Procedures and Policies
- Code and Delivery all Paperwork to the Office
