Building Maintenance Supervisor - Residential faciltiy
Local, senior living facility has an immediate need for a talented Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This is a great company to work for with very low staff turnover.
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Minimum of 5 years apartment building experience.
- This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to perform various maintenance jobs to include:- light plumbing and carpentry and general repairs.
- Prior supervisory experience (2 direct reports with this role)
- Must have ability to manage staff in a positive way
- Ability to get on well with the elderly residents
- CLEAN DRIVING LICENSE (person will have to drive a 14 passenger bus)
- Must be willing to be on call
