DataWarehouse Manager
Full time opening for a DataWarehouse Manager. You must have experience with Healthcare to qualify. The position is responsible for collaborating with departments across the organization to identify information and reporting needs as a direct result of Data Warehousing. The position will write and maintain data level access routines including stored procedures, ETLs used in the application development process, and provide query analysis and support to other departments as requested.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages the development, maintenance and support of customized databases and enterprise data warehouses. Activities include working with the organization to identify reporting needs and assign resources to design and implement solutions
- Collaborates with departments across the organization, and manages the development and implementation of enterprise reporting solutions
- Works directly with other IT departments to manage the data-level access technology of internally developed applications
- Serves as a consultant to departments in the process of strategic planning, operational analysis, business design, solution implementation and project management as it relates to assigned projects

Oversight of DataWarehouse design efforts, subject matter development, reference architectures, guidelines, standards as well as best practices

Manages effective communication across the company regarding the status and impact of information technology, and evaluates internal communication for effectiveness and consistency of shared information
- Work closely with internal technical teams to maintain awareness of all changes in BI and Data Mart structures

Creates, monitors, and enforces standards, policies and procedures in relationship to information technology and performance

Develops, coordinates and manages a responsible operations budget

Maintains up to date with new technology, which is appropriate and capable of supporting the strategic initiatives of the organization
Ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SQL, MDM, Erwin, Data Modeling and Data Marts.
