General Manager - Sales - Service - Operations Manager
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- P&L management experience.
- Outstanding leadership skills and team building abilities – strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain rapport and positive working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience managing an HVAC commercial service operation and knowledge of HVAC products.
- Master’s license preferred.
- Responsibilities include EH&S compliance, along with identifying and implementing operational best practices.
- P&L responsibility with accountability for significant year-over-year growth.
- Maintain proper staffing levels for the team through labor forecasting.
- Through training and development, ensure the capabilities of the Service Team reflect the expertise required to deliver great customer experiences around the services offered.
- Day-to-day management of the Service Team which consists of commercial HVAC Service Technicians, Service Sales team and Service Coordinators.
- Resolve customer issues with Service Technicians. Create a culture that values customer service, transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Understand and measure key metrics driving business success and proactively address gaps or negative trends impacting the performance of the business.
- Will oversee field productivity goals and quality assurance to ensure the ongoing success of the Service department.
