IT Business Analyst CRM- Salesforce
Local, stable company is expanding again! Opportunity exists for a Business Analyst who has supported a Sales department, especially CRM / SalesForce implementation experience. Must be process-centric and have a outgoing personalty.
The Business Analyst will work with end users to gather, analyze and document their business requirements and work with product managers, user design specialists and other technology partners to develop designs for implementation:
Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
Documenting current state and future state processes and business /functional requirement documents, including data flow, business rules, and use cases
Information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
Assist in the change management and QA/Testing phases of the project
Assist in coordinating business unit subject matter expert meetings in order to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements
Help ensure project team is adhering to project plans and helping to identify and resolve discrepancies
Deep understanding and experience managing all phases of the product development lifecycle
Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:
Process documentation
Business requirements / user story documentation
Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans
Wireframes and mock-ups to illustrate the solution design
Required Background:
Business Analysis experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
Goal-orientated, self-motivated and adapts to changing situations and
Strong organizational and analytical skills; must be detail orientated
Pluses:
Financial Services industry experience
MS Dynamics, Salesforce.com or Backstop implementation experience
