Senior Accountant
SEC Accountant
Role:
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for assessment of all technical accounting matters, including consolidations, SEC Accounting (10-K / 10-Q), financial reporting, stock comps, and revenue recognition. You will interact closely with members of the finance, corporate development and legal teams, along with external auditors to ensure accurate reporting and full compliance with all external standards. You will also have the opportunity to assist in special projects and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. Master's a plus.
- 2+ years of public accounting experience with large, global, and/or multinational clients
- CPA or progress towards is highly preferred
- Prior Public accounting is also preferred.
