Business Development Manager (Industrial Contractor)

We are an industrial multi service contractor specializing in insulation, scaffolding, painting, and abatement.
The Business Development Manager position is responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates:
Responsibilities associated with performing the job:
- Responsible for developing and supporting sales growth with Industrial contractors and owners (Chemical, Power, Oil and Gas, Paper, etc.)
- Designing effective marketing strategies and meeting presentations specific to the industry.
- Provide and manage sales goals.
- Assist management in developing and monitoring budgets by collecting and analyzing sales for a specific region or customer.
- Keeping up with the latest market conditions
- Adaptability and flexibility to be assigned various duties on an as-needed basis.
- Self motived and driven to find new opportunities for the business.
- Basic knowledge of estimating and reading engineered drawings is preferred.
Minimum qualifications & requirements
- 4-year Degree or community college diploma with specialized business/marketing courses with minimum of 10 year of experience in the Industrial sector.
- Ability to work remotely with dedicated office space
- Clean driving record without travel restrictions
- Willing and able to travel 50-75% of the time
- Must be able to work individually and have a strong work ethic
