Job Details:
HVAC - Controls – BAS – Mechanic - Commercial
- Will consider candidates that are currently working for OEM companies or rep firms.
- Would consider relocation assistance for correct candidate
- MD, VA or DC licensed journeyman a plus, Universal CFC certification
- Daikin VRV or AAON experience a great benefit, Chiller experience but wanting to learn more
- Will consider a solid residential guy that wants to move into commercial”
- Will handle service and maintenance on all major types of HVAC equipment
- Responsible for retrofit and repair of environmental-comfort systems, utilizing knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License. HVAC Journeyman license in MD/or Virginia required.
- Must be a current member or be able to successfully join Local 602.
