Job Details:
Mechanical Design Engineer - HVAC - Plumbing - Project Manager - MEP
- Design HVAC/Mechanical systems for various commercial buildings from schematic to construction administration.
- Produce mechanical construction drawing sets in CAD, from floor plans and diagrams to schedules and details.
- Perform energy audits, energy modeling and load calculations as part of various energy programs.
- Interface directly with the client and coordinate with other disciplines inside the office.
- Compare contractor shop drawings to project documents, i.e. mechanical drawings, specifications, equipment selections.
